Steven Thomas, Architect has been designing and constructing Commercial and Industrial Projects since 1983. Steve's first job out of collage was with a construction company in Houston, Texas where he was the estimator and project manager for many commercial projects. He also lived and worked in Detroit, MI and Minneapolis, MN where he was exposed to many international companies. Steve has served many well known corporations such as Trammel Crow, Gerald Hines, Anheuser Bush, McDonald Douglas, Michigan Health Care, Waste Management, General Motors, Ford Motors, Chrysler, Aetna, Nippondenzo, Bendix, Entech, Boise Cascade, Green Bay Packaging, Weyerhaeuser, Land O’ Lakes, Comerica Bank, United Savings, Lord & Taylor, Taco Bell, Transco Oil, U.S Air National Guard and many, many more.

Steve Thomas has designed and built office buildings, banks, retail stores, distribution and processing facilities, factories, restaurants, research and testing facilities. This vast construction experience and continued design-build approach has produced a philosophy about commercial building and design that not all architects possess. Being a developer himself, Steve understands the importance of balancing budget with image and practicality. A commercial building must provide an environment that supports and sustains the business economically and projects the desired marketing image to produce the most profit for it's owners.
